Hello, I am an environmental historian located in Northern Virginia. I have a Masters in Applied History from George Mason University and I currently work for the National Park Service.
I have previously written on the history of local public reactions to Virginia Military Institute (VMI) mandate to become to co-educational in the 1990s, the 20th century preservation of the Manassas National Battlefield Park, changes in Recreation in England during 18th – 19th Century, and more recently, the intellectual history of the grassroots preservation movement during the interwar period.
